Description
This is a ten pack of Luth-AR AR-15 takedown pin detents with springs. The detent is the tiny pin that rides in the groove of your rear takedown pin and keeps it from walking out of the receiver. The spring behind it is the one that shoots across the room the moment you pull the stock off the buffer tube. Ten sets means you can lose a couple and keep working.
You get ten LR-15 takedown detents and ten LR-14 detent springs. They fit mil-spec AR-15 lower receivers, and the same detent and spring are used for the front pivot pin, so one pack covers both ends of several lowers. Install by dropping the detent and spring into the hole at the rear of the lower before you seat the receiver extension end plate, or into the front pivot pin channel using a pivot pin tool or a clevis pin.
