Description
The Magpul DAKA Suppressor Storage Pouch, Medium is a welded fabric sleeve for carrying a 5.56 suppressor and its mount in a range bag without getting carbon on everything else. Magpul sizes the Medium for 5.56 cans. It measures 10.5 by 3.5 inches with a 7-inch zipper opening.
The body is reinforced polymer-infused fabric with an anti-slip texture and RF-welded seams. The zipper is a YKK AquaGuard water-repellent type with a 550 paracord pull. There is a carabiner attachment point on each corner and a paint pen dot matrix debossed into the body so you can mark which can is inside. Magpul specs the material as chemical resistant and non-hygroscopic. Pouch only.
Heads up: Magpul marks this pouch NOT FOR USE WITH HOT SUPPRESSOR. Let the can cool before it goes in.

Who should skip it
If your can is a 7.62 or a longer 5.56 model, it will not fit the 7-inch opening. Get the Large. For a rimfire can, the Small is a better fit. None of these pouches add padding, so a can that needs impact protection needs a hard case.
