Description
The Breakthrough Clean AR-15 magazine brush is a round nylon brush sized for the inside of a 5.56 AR magazine. Push it down the tube with the spring and follower out and it scrubs carbon, powder residue, and range dirt out of the corners where a rag cannot reach. Clean mags feed. Dirty mags cause the double feeds that end a stage.
Breakthrough uses stiff nylon bristles that dig into buildup without scratching a PMAG or an aluminum USGI body. The handle has a comfort grip. It is small enough to live in a range bag. Made in the USA and weighs about a quarter pound.
