Description
The Geissele Airborne Charging Handle is the low-profile version of the Super Charging Handle. Geissele shortened both levers to cut snag points for shooters who jump with a rifle, and the same logic applies to anyone who runs a slung rifle through gear, a truck, or a 3-Gun stage with barricades. The levers are still ambidextrous and dual contoured, with checkered surfaces for grip in gloves.
It is machined from a solid block of 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type 3 hardcoat anodize, here in black. A taller fence at the rear redirects gas blowback on suppressed and short-barreled guns. It fits standard AR-15 and M4 pattern uppers and swaps in with no tools. Geissele pitches it for rifles with red dots or low-profile optics where a full-size lever would crowd the mount.

Who it’s for
Shooters running a red dot or low LPVO mount, anyone who slings the rifle tight against a plate carrier or chest rig, and Tactical Games competitors who carry the rifle through obstacles and do not want a lever hooking on gear.
Who should skip it
Shorter levers mean less to grab. If you charge weak-handed a lot or clear a lot of malfunctions under time, the full-size Geissele Super Charging Handle (05-313B) gives you more purchase for the same price range.
