Description
The Safariland 032 is a 1.75 inch competition outer belt built around the ELS system. Instead of threading pouches onto the belt, you bolt ELS 35 receiver plates where you want them and click your holster and mag pouches on with ELS 34 forks. Rearranging your rig for a new stage takes seconds, and the belt stays stiff because nothing slides on it.
This is the size 38 belt in the Nylon Look finish, which is Safariland’s SafariLaminate with a matte fabric texture. Safariland sizes the 032 to be worn over an inner belt: for a 34 inch pant size with an underbelt, they call for a size 38. If you skip the inner belt, order two inches over your pant size. The belt ships as the outer belt only. ELS forks and plates, the inner belt, and your pouches are sold separately. We carry the Safariland ELS-KIT1-2 with two forks and two plates.
Heads up: check the sizing note above before ordering. Size 38 is not a 38 inch waist.

Who should skip it
If your pouches and holster do not have ELS forks, you are buying into a system, and the forks and plates add up. A hook-and-loop inner and outer belt set with standard belt-loop pouches is cheaper for a shooter who sets up a rig once and leaves it.
