Description
The Safariland ELS kit is the hardware that makes a quick-change competition belt work. It is a two-part system: an ELS 35 receiver plate bolts to the belt, and an ELS 34 locking fork bolts to the back of a holster or mag pouch. Slide the fork into the plate and it clicks locked. Squeeze the fork and it slides out. You can move a whole rig from belt to belt, or reorder pouches between stages, without tools.
This kit includes two ELS 34 forks and two ELS 35 plates with the T-nuts and button screws to mount them. The fork matches Safariland’s standard two-hole pattern, so it fits most Safariland holsters and pouches and many third-party competition pouches that use the same pattern. The plate has multiple mounting holes so you can set the angle of each piece of gear. Buy one kit per two pouches you want on the system.

Who should skip it
If your pouches use a fixed belt loop or Tek-Lok and you have no plan to swap them, this hardware adds cost and bulk with no benefit. Shooters who need more than two pouches on ELS should count forks first, since one kit only covers two pieces of gear.
